According to Variety, Mötley Crüe have sold the rights to their entire catalog to BMG. The deal was said to have been valued at about $150 million.
Mötley Crüe commented:

Their manager Allen Kovac also added:

Working with BMG in any capacity, whether that’s publishing or records, has always been a great experience.”
