Smashing Pumpkins To Celebrate 30th Anniversary Of “Gish” With Livestreamed Listening Party

Smashing Pumpkins will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of “Gish” with a livestreamed vinyl listening party at Madame Zuzu’s in Highland Park, IL on May 29. The virtual event will also include a Q&A with Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin. Furthermore, fans will have chance to hear some unreleased music during the stream. Tickets will be available on Friday (May 28) and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the PAWS no-kill animal shelter in Chicago, IL. In addition to the listening party, the band will also have new merch, a private “Gish” exhibit, and a new “Soul Head” beer at Madame Zuzu’s as well. On top of that, fans can also share their “Gish” memories HERE, take part in a digital scavenger hunt on the group’s social media accounts, and download a coloring sheet that young fans can color and submit for a “Gish Coloring Contest.”
