As previously reported, Iced Earth’s Jon Schaffer is currently wanted by the police and the FBI due to his involvement in the treasonous pro-Trump insurrection at the United States Capitol. Now, The Indianapolis Star have shared a new update saying that the musician, who was pictured wearing a hat from the anti-government militia group Oath Keepers, has yet to be charged. An FBI spokeswoman in the Indianapolis field office said the following:
“Like FBI field offices across the country, FBI Indianapolis is receiving tips regarding Hoosiers who may have been at the Capitol building in Washington, DC Jan. 6. Any subjects that are arrested/indicted will be prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC.”
