As previously reported, Iced Earth’s Jon Schaffer is currently wanted by the police and the FBI due to his involvement in the treasonous pro-Trump insurrection at the United States Capitol. Now, The Indianapolis Star have shared a new update saying that the musician, who was pictured wearing a hat from the anti-government militia group Oath Keepers, has yet to be charged. An FBI spokeswoman in the Indianapolis field office said the following:
“Like FBI field offices across the country, FBI Indianapolis is receiving tips regarding Hoosiers who may have been at the Capitol building in Washington, DC Jan. 6. Any subjects that are arrested/indicted will be prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC.”

A photo of a man with a similar hairstyle and jacket as the frontman has surfaced online and it can be seen below. Footage of him can also be found HERE at the 10:30 mark. It’s worth mentioning that even though Gunn may have been present, it doesn’t look like he was featured in the photos that authorities released of those who actually made it inside the Capitol building.
