Stone Sour have shared a demo version of “A Rumor Of Skin.” The final version of that track appeared on the band’s 2012 album “House Of Gold & Bones – Part 1.” Guitarist Josh Rand commented:

“A Rumor of Skin: The first of the ‘Personality Voices’; this is essentially the inner loathing. But strangely enough, it shows the kind of childlike depression that is romantic and therefore cherished.”
