As previously reported, this year’s Rock USA festival in Oshkosh, WI has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, Fox 11 are now reporting that requests for refunds have allegedly been ignored. A number of fans have issued statements to the site saying that the organizers have gone “off the grid” after announcing the cancellation. Fox 11 tried to reach out to the promoters for comment, but they couldn’t get a hold of anyone either.
