According to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll, most Americans intend to avoid concerts, sporting events, movies, and amusement parks until a coronavirus vaccine or treatment is available. Out of the 4,429 people that participated, only 27% said they would be willing to go to a concert, movie theater or live theater when venues reopen, while 32% said they would wait for a vaccine. Furthermore, a total of 55% even said that events should not return until there is a vaccine. This news comes after experts previously said that large events may not return until fall 2021.
