Godsmack’s Sully Erna has apparently contributed to the spread of false information about Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders. The frontman shared a viral post that has been flagged by Facebook for falsely claiming that Sanders suggested placing a 52% tax on income earnings over $29,000 to pay for free health care, which would make his proposed minimum wage increase pointless. In actuality, the 52% tax Sanders mentioned was for income earnings over $10 million.
