Slayer and Nuclear Blast Records previously teamed up with Rick Ware Racing to sponsor their own band branded NASCAR car, but the sponsorship has now been pulled due “reactionary concerns from other long-time participating sponsors.” The band’s logos will now be replaced by PODS Moving & Storage. JJ Yeley was originally planning to drive the Slayer branded car during tomorrow’s (August 17) “Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race” at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, TN.
