Corey Lowery Says Shaun Morgan Has About “30 Different Ideas” For Seether’s Next Album

During a recent interview with Meltdown of Detroit’s WRIF radio station, guitarist Corey Lowery offered an update on Seether’s new album plans. According to him, frontman Shaun Morgan has about “30 different ideas” for the effort.

Lowery said the following:

“We’re gonna start working on a new album towards the end of the year, probably. We’re just doing weekend fly dates and stuff now…

Shaun’s got, like, 30 different ideas. He started laying down some vocals to, I think, three or four of ’em. It’s gonna be incredible, stuff that he’s coming up with.”

Bassist Dale Stewart added:

“We can really do it like an in-house thing now, which is great. We don’t have to have any sort of external influences.”

Lowery continued:

“There’s some demos right now. [Dale’s] got some acoustic ideas I’m dying to hear. I’ve heard a couple.”
