As previously reported, Dave Chavarri recently accused Cristian Machado of being a “drug addict and physical abuser” in legal documents from Ill Niño’s ongoing trademark battle. The singer has since responded via social media. He said the following:
“Perhaps the defendants in the #illnino case should’ve done their research, I was awarded legal and physical joint custody of my daughter by a court judge in the most protective state against women, California. Here’s another truth bomb, they don’t award custody to abusive drug addicts, thank god for that huh? Instead of turning over the bank records 2 weeks ago, you chose to slander me and my family. Clearly your actions are full of desperation 🤗”
