According to RÚV, Slayer have filed a lawsuit against Solstice Productions, the company that organized the Secret Solstice Festival in Reykjavik, Iceland last June. The band claim they are still owed $134,000 for their performance and that representatives of the festival withheld 20% of their income for what was said to be tax purposes. Other people and companies connected to the event have come forward with similar claims as well. The contract for the festival has since been given to another company and the issue will be discussed by the city council next week
