According to TMZ, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry has officially been released from the hospital and is home resting after previously collapsing following a guest appearance during Billy Joel’s November 10 show at Madison Square Garden in New York. Paramedics worked on the guitarist for 40 minutes and even put a trachea down his throat. He was then taken out of the venue on a stretcher. Perry was reportedly suffering from a combination of allergies and fatigue. This news comes after he recently said he has been “doing well” since the incident.
