As part of a deal organized by Concord Music, Razor & Tie has been acquired by Fearless Records. Razor & Tie, which is the label home of The Pretty Reckless, All That Remains, The Sword, Red Sun Rising, etc., will now operate as an imprint of Fearless Records. Bob Becker, president of Fearless Records, had the following to say:

The label brings with it its own legacy within the hard rock world, and we’re excited to apply our creative marketing and digital strategy to the legacy the brand has already created.
