Metallica have accepted a diet challenge from radio personality Jeremi Schlader, aka Big J, of Boise’s 100.3 FM The X. If Big J, who currently weighs about 424 pounds, is able to lose 100 pounds by the band’s November 28 show at the Taco Bell Arena, all four members, James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, Lars Ulrich, and Robert Trujillo, will give him an in-person interview.
