Every Time I Die’s Jordan Buckley is reportedly being sued by a woman named Tonya Ross, who ended up with a concussion and neck fracture after he allegedly hit her in the head while jumping in the crowd. The incident occured at the band’s August 13 show at Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI, with Taking Back Sunday. It is worth noting that Buckley was unaware of the lawsuit until he saw reports online.
