Metal Anarchy’s New Music Showcase: Exclusive Q&A With Crow Country Outlaw

Time for the next edition of Metal Anarchy’s “new music showcase,” the feature where I introduce you to up and coming bands that readers of this site may find interesting. This time I have an exclusive Q&A with Swedish hard rockers Crow Country Outlaw.

METAL ANARCHY: Tell me a little bit about your band:

CROW COUNTRY OUTLAW: We are a hard rock band with roots in blues, country and punk. We have been playing for almost 4 years now and during that time we have released one album, toured some of Europe and are currently working on our second album and tour.

METAL ANARCHY: Who are your main influences?

CROW COUNTRY OUTLAW: We have a lot of influences but some we have in common are Kiss, Guns N’ Roses, and Nirvana.

METAL ANARCHY: What is your latest release and why should readers of this site check it out?

CROW COUNTRY OUTLAW: Our latest release is a punk-anthem called ’’Break Through The Wall’’ – which we released last year only as a live video. This song is for all of you who feel affected and angry about how mainstream and social media portraits the world as a dark and dangerous place to live. It is a song about not being afraid but also to take a stand for those who are in that gloomy mind state and show them that you can’t cease to live just because times get tough. You got to stay true to what is right and also not ignore what is wrong but do something about it.

METAL ANARCHY: What can people expect when they go to your live shows?

CROW COUNTRY OUTLAW: A lot of action, a lot of groove and a lot of laughs and energy.

METAL ANARCHY: Where do you see your band heading in 5 years?

CROW COUNTRY OUTLAW: Touring more of the world with a couple more of fantastic records out there with a whole legion of friends and fans coming out to share the excitement.
