Five Finger Death Punch Hit Prospect Park With A $1,000,000 Lawsuit

It was previously reported awhile back that Five Finger Death Punch were sued by their label Prospect Park due to claims that the band was “shamelessly attempting to cash in before the anticipated downfall of their addicted bandmate [Ivan Moody]” and trying to push out low quality music. Now, according to TMZ, the band have fired back by hitting the label with a lawsuit of their own. The band claims the label is essentially trying use them because they are in debt and know that Five Finger Death Punch are profitable. The group, who have since signed with Rise Records, are looking to have a judge relieve them from their contract, and force Prospect Park to pay $1 million in damages.
