Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying), who is still in prison after trying to hire a hitman to kill his wife, has filed a lawsuit against a California medical team, saying that Vista Detention Facility nurse Mary Abiaro and others, due to them not giving him the drug Anastrozole. A doctor supposedly prescribed him the drug for his withdrawals from anabolic steroids.
Lambesis was originally asking for $35,500,000 in general and punitive damages, due to him developing Gynecomastia, after an hormonal imbalance which was a result of him not receiving the prescription. Abiaro was able to get the punitive damages claim dismissed by Judge Anello, but a medical negligence claim is still set to go to trial August 8, 2017.
