According to The Detroit Free Press, Anthrax are facing a $1 million lawsuit, due to their Hanukkah holiday sweater, which apparently had a similar design to one made and registered by Aaron Cummings. 300 copies were available via Rockabilia, who, along with Global Merchandising Services, are part of the suit.
