Phil Rudd (AC/DC) has been arrested again. This news comes right after the drummer started his eight months of home detention, following him pleading guilty to drug and threatening to kill charges. According to the Otago Daily Times, Rudd appeared in the Tauranga District Court on July 20, after being arrested for consuming alcohol, which is not allowed under his current sentence. He is out on bail and is expected to return to court on August 3. Rudd has also been trying to appeal his current punishment.
