Phil Rudd (AC/DC) has officially been sentenced, after pleading guilty to drug and threatening to kill charges. According to Stuff.co.nz, the drummer was sentenced to eight months of home detention, by the Tauranga District Court. In case you missed the original story, on November 6, 2014, Rudd was charged with “attempting to procure a murder.” He reportedly hired a hitman to kill two men, but that charge was dropped. The drummer’s house was raided and he was left with threatening to kill charges and drug charges for meth and cannabis, which he eventually pleaded guilty to.
