Alice Cooper has been directly supporting Mötley Crüe on their final tour, and back in January he said he would be willing to “kill” them with his famous guillotine trick, after their final performance in Los Angeles, CA, on New Year’s Eve. Now, in a new interview with Metal Hammer, Cooper and Tommy Lee revealed that they are actually thinking about going through with the stunt.
Cooper said the following:
“The idea was, because people were saying, ‘It’s not really gonna be the end,’ and I go, ‘New Year is their last show. You know how I know? Because I’m gonna kill them at the end.’
“Of course I was kidding, but Tommy said that wasn’t a bad idea. With a machine gun and blood packs.”
Lee added:
“No blood packs, real bullets. We’re tired, we’re old, we’re cranky. You’ve gotta put us down.”
So it looks like the band’s final stand will be an epic one!
