Phil Rudd Pleads Guilty To Drug & Threatening To Kill Charges

According to Stuff.co.nz, AC/DC drummer, Phil Rudd appeared in Tauranga District Court, in New Zealand on April 21, and pleaded guilty to drug charges and one threatening to kill charge. The other threatening to kill charge was dropped. Judge Robert Wolffe remanded the drummer on bail, but he has yet to be convicted. Rudd will return to court on June 26 for sentencing.

In case you missed the original story, on November 6, 2014, Rudd was charged with “attempting to procure  a murder.” The drummer reportedly hired a hitman to kill two men, but that charge was dropped. The drummer’s house was raided and he was left with threatening to kill charges and drug charges for meth and cannabis.
