Powerman 5000 and American Head Charge will still be heading out on their Fall North American tour, despite Wayne Static’s untimely death. Powerman 5000 will now be headlining these dates.
Powerman 5000 issued the following statement:
“TOUR IS ON!
After much consideration we have decided to continue with the tour as planned. The first show is in Denver @ The Roxy Theater on 11/4/14. The majority of the original dates will be on as well. There may be changes to other dates. Please check with your local venues to confirm. We will be posting the official list of dates in the next couple of days.
This has been a difficult couple of days but we feel that getting out and playing for you guys is the best thing we can do right now. We are pretty sure Wayne would approve. So, come out and tear it up in honor of our buddy Wayne!
