Decapitated were in a “serious” van accident, yesterday (October 24). Fortunately, all the members appear to be okay.
The band released the following statement, via Facebook:
“Decapitated was involved in a serious van accident on Friday afternoon on their way to a show in House of Blues, New Orleans, LA. We are all ok (two persons were hospitalized and released after a few hours) and we will continue our tour with American Sharks and GWAR. This time we were lucky.”
This is the second time something like this has happened to the band. They were involved in an accident, in 2007, which claimed the life of drummer, Witold Kieltyka and severely injured vocalist, Adrian Kowanek, who his still suffering from the ordeal.
