20 years after Kurt Cobain’s death, Seattle police have decided to look over the case files once more. The case is not by any means reopened though. Since it was such a high profile case, they are just looking over some files from that day (April 5,1994). KIRO 7 has also stated that photos, that were never developed, were being looked at and one of the heroine kit next to the deceased Nirvana vocalist was released to the public.
