As previously reported, frontman Billy Keeton recently resurrected Skrape and was planning new music and live shows with a new lineup. However, he has since been hit with a cease and desist. Attorney Tom Player told Loudwire the following:

“Billy Keeton has gone rogue and does not have the right to unilaterally co-opt the Skrape name.”
