Holiday Kirk (The Nu Metal Agenda) has launched “The Something Beautiful Project” to assist American Head Charge vocalist Cameron Heacock amid his battle with drug addiction and homelessness. Fans can donate HERE.

Kirk said the following in part:
“I’m 33 years old and live in Los Angeles, California. I am the founder of The Nu Metal Agenda and run the @numetal_moment suite of social media accounts.
‘The War of Art’ by American Head Charge is my favorite album of all time.
I’ve written on my admiration for this album at length but in short I believe it to be the strongest metal record of the 2000s and one of the greatest albums ever made.
After several years off the grid their lead singer, Cameron Heacock, has resurfaced in Los Angeles. He is homeless and addicted to fentanyl.
American Head Charge are as legendary for their bad luck as they are their music. A debut album dropped right before 9/11, a band dropped from their label not long after, two of their members have died, many more have left. It almost seems right that their singer would have fallen on such hard times. Maybe this is the way it is meant to be?
No.
Absolutely not. This is not how their story ends. We are going to find Cameron and offer to help him in any way we possibly can. We are going to put a happy ending on a sad story…”
He has since confirmed that Heacock has been found:
“We found him. While we work together to put together an organized treatment plan I am offering you the chance to contribute a small dollar donation while I buy Cam anything he needs for survival purposes. You can help us out by donating at this link, everything raised will be spent exclusively on Cam. I don’t have any way of guarenteeing you that but dammit you have to trust me. This is not something I would ever lie about, every penny that comes to me through that link will go to Cam.”
