According to ORF ON, Denial Of Life ended having a run in with the law while on tour with Darkest Hour and more in Austria. The band were allegedly pulled over twice near the German border, but still made their show on time.

The PRP shared more details on the report:
“An officer interviewed in the segment relayed that the band’s ‘camper van’ housed several individuals laying down rather than being seated upright and buckled in. Furthermore, authorities stated that upon being pulled over, the driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence.
While police state the driver initially refused to take a drug test, he is said to have later acquiesced, upon which the police determined he was impaired from lack of sleep and use of an unspecified drug. Per the report, despite being told by authorities he was unfit to continue driving, police allege the individual then proceeded to get back in the vehicle and continue driving, leading to the police to pursue the band.
Upon being stopped again, police reported that another individual from the band’s party was behind the wheel by that time and was not impaired. The group were thus fined €2,000 and were able to make it to their gig in Nuremberg in time for their show.”
