King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard recently blasted Spotify, while commenting on the release of their “Demos Vol. 7+8” collection. The service has continued to face controversy due to the low payouts it offers artists. Notably, a number of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard’s albums have since disappeared from Spotify as well. The band commented:
“New demos collection out everywhere except Spotify (fuck Spotify). You can bootleg it if you wanna. Cover art @jj_cool_juice. Love yous! 😘”
