Triumph have announced their first public live performance in 17 years. The three-track set will take place on June 6 at the Rogers Festival at the Final around the NHL Stanley Cup finals in Edmonton, AB. The concert will also feature a headlining set from The Glorious Sons. The performances will launch at 3:40PM MT in the Play Alberta Fan Park. The game, which finds the Oilers taking on the Panthers, will follow at 6PM MT. Terrie Tweddle, who serves as the chief brand and communications officer at Rogers, commented:
“We’re thrilled to bring Triumph to the Rogers Festival At The Final, building on the success of our ad campaign that introduced a whole new generation of music fans to this iconic band. Together with The Glorious Sons, we know Oilers fans will enjoy a fantastic show ahead of Game 2.”
