As previously reported, GEL recently called it quits after accusing ex-guitarist Anthony Webster of stealing money from the band, leaking nude photos of bandmates, etc. This resulted in a number of responses including an anonymous Instagram account featuring allegations against vocalist Sami Kaiser and more. Even more strange, a fake song has also surfaced on the band’s Spotify, Apple Music, etc. accounts. The track, which is titled “Gooners,” appears to have been created with AI and it features the band’s breakup statement set to music. You can check that out below:
