Silverchair have announced a special “Frogstomp“ 30th anniversary event. The celebration will take place at Metro Social in Sydney, Australia on March 26 and it will feature a Q&A with drummer Ben Gillies and bassist Chris Joannou. Richard Kingsmill will serve as the moderator. John Watson, the group’s former manager, and John O’Donnell, the A&R who signed them, will take part as well. Notably, frontman Daniel Johns will not be attending. The event will also find The Buoys covering songs from “Frogstomp.” Furthermore, fans will be able to purchase limited edition vinyl copies of the album and numbered photographs.
