Pelican will be performing at the Gman Tavern in Chicago, IL on August 16. Notably, the set will feature material from the band’s upcoming album, which has yet to be recorded. The group said the following about that:
“Surprise: we’ve added a very special Chicago show at Gman Tavern on Aug 16 to break in our new album before we start recording two days later. Come hear us debut our new songs in the smallest venue we’ve played in many, many years. Tickets on sale this Friday – this *will* sell out”
