An appeals court has officially decided to uphold the previous jury verdict that said that Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway To Heaven” was not a rip-off of Spirit’s “Taurus.” This news comes after a federal appeals court agreed to give the band a new hearing following the Ninth Circuit appeals court’s decision to overturn the jury’s verdict.
