This news comes after Kramer previously filed a lawsuit against his bandmates after claiming that they were not allowing him to return following a leave of absence due to injury. He was originally trying to get the court to order him back in the band so he can perform with them at the Grammy Awards and MusiCares gala, but a judge ended up denying his request.
