Time for the next edition of Metal Anarchy’s “new music showcase,” the feature where I introduce you to bands that readers of this site may find interesting. This time I have an exclusive Q&A with Brice Ferrero of Behind Our Reflections.
METAL ANARCHY: Who are your main influences?
FERRERO: Our main influences are based on various kinds of music. Each musician in our band is motivated by their own musical direction, but we found a balance in Behind Our Reflections that reflects a part of each other, keeping in line to always satisfied the group. If I had to select two influences that represented who we are it’s “MetalCore” & “DeathCore” basically.
METAL ANARCHY: What is your latest release and why should readers of this site check it out?
FERRERO: Our latest release is “While I Sleep” a brand new single completely wrote with the new configuration. This song was made to motivate anybody who listens it. It shares a lot of good vibes and perfectly represents the attitude of our group at this moment!
METAL ANARCHY: What can people expect when they go to your live shows?
FERRERO: For all those people looking for energetic metal sprinkled with electro samples and those that enjoy jumping, kicking, singing, head banging, I have a good news for you! You are at the perfect place! Behind Our Reflections is a nerve ball that you will never be bored with.
METAL ANARCHY: Where do you see your band heading in 5 years?
FERRERO: I think our objective at the moment is based for the next year. A lot of show are actually in preparation and an EP. But to be honest, I wish us the best for the next 5 years and maybe a world tour with a new album or two. AHAH!
