Gene Simmons (KISS) has teamed up with Chuck Varabioff to launch a classic rock festival series called “Titans Of Rock.” The first event will be held in Grand Forks, British Columbia on August 6-8.
Simmons commented
“I have been working on the Titans Of Rock festival concept for many years. Our goal is to provide classic rock fans with a one-of-a-kind, immersive, three-day experience featuring legendary names in a venue where they can celebrate their love of rock with other fans.”
Varabioff added:
“While our past events have been extremely successful, with Gene’s active involvement, creative influence and business savvy, combined with the event’s evolution to Titans Of Rock, we will offer fans something they can’t find anywhere else.”
Simmons will serve as the host at the Grand Forks show and a percentage of the proceeds will go towards local charities. Habitat for Humanity Kamploops will also auction off a show car to raise money to build lower income housing in the Thompson and Cariboo Chilcotin regions of British Columbia.
