According to TMZ, Trans-Siberian Orchestra founder Paul O’Neill’s death has officially been ruled accidental intoxication from a mix of the following prescription drugs: methadone, codeine, diazepam, and doxylamine. The report also says he was dealing with mild heart disease, hypertension and moderate hardening of the arteries at his time of death as well. O’Neill passed away in April at the age of 61. R.I.P.
