Terrance Zdunich (Repo! The Genetic Opera) and Saar Hendelman (Alleluia! The Devil’s Carnival) have launched a new murder ballad project called “American Murder Song,” and have recruited Arch Enemy’s Alissa White-Gluz to play Lavinia Fisher, who is considered to be America’s first female serial killer. In the 1800’s, Fisher ran an inn near Charleston, and would make money by poisoning and robbing affluent men. You can check out White-Gluz’s portrayl of her below:
