Yesterday, it was revealed that GWAR, as well as Slave Pit Inc., have been sued by Dave Brockie’s (aka Oderus Urungus) father, William Brockie. The lawsuit was filed for the vocalist’s remains, possessions, and for the band allegedly capitalizing on his death. The band has since issued their own statement on the issue:
