As previously reported, Black Sabbath will be performing for the last time during a star-studded concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England on July 5. However, one special guest, Wolfgang Van Halen (Mammoth), has since been forced to cancel his appearance. The musician recently told Meltdown of Detroit’s WRIF the following about that:
“I, unfortunately, had to back out because the Creed tour [with Wolfgang’s Mammoth as the support act] starts the day after, and I [wouldn’t] be able to pull it off — unfortunately. I’m very excited to watch it, but I unfortunately had to back out.”
